I love your Serenity icon.
I like the last one, too. Very ferocious and dark. The black makes a nice, bold statement--it isn't just a space filler, it works with the mood of the picture, and the techniques involved in making it don't take away from the overall 'thrust' of the picture. You've got good taste in icons.
