Anywhere But Here
1.Vietnam, in a market, having just ate something fantastic, like traditional pho soup, or fried squid or spring rolls, with a whole afternoon of no plans. Or on a beach, travelling in the high country on a dodgy motorbike, at a cooking school eating, shopping, exploring Ho Chi Minh city, volunteering somewhere.
2.Greece, on the acropolis exploring the Erectheion, on an island eating awesome food, swimming, drawing, being seasick on a boat in the middle of blue waters, being annoyed by gangs of tourists at Delphi, geeking it out at Crete, eating and eating
3. Morocco, at the Djemaa el-Fna where apparently "you'll find everything from open-air food stalls, jugglers, storytellers, snake charmers and musicians to the occasional acrobat." Eating kebabs, dancing, eating anything! Shopping for jewellery, exploring roman ruins, on the beach.
Honourable mentions: Dublin being whooed by accents, Moscow in the Red Square, Turkey with all the FOOD, London hanging out with friends, San Francisco being awesome, Mongolia.

Vietnam sounds like an interesting place to visit.
