So in celebration of my new icon journal from_time  I've changed my layout at rosiew . again. Well actually that is a lie - I mean the reason not the act - I have actually changed my layout. I confuse myself sometimes. Anyhow I changed it because I was getting bored - short attention span and all that. Interesting no? So right.. what was I saying? New layout featuring some characters from Firefly, Buffy and Alias. Inspired by an icon I made yesterday (which by the way is in this set. I have no shame)

And so then of course I had to go make icons out of the header. And then I kind of over did it - I had to force myself to stop. So they are mostly textless because I didn't want to draw attention away from the colours. Because I love the colours. Especially the orange.

I should do that - but then I always get caught up in doing something else and I forget, stupid brain. Speaking of brains I need an opinion - should I get back to studying (studying in the holidays is like the bottom level of hell - I can't believe I make myself do these things!) or continue to wonder around LJ and possible make my icon_crack entry? I'm all conflicted!

poor dear, i know exactly what you mean. everyday i have a two hour break in between classes and it's a choice btwn eljay or studying. 'tis a trouble. you should make your ONE icon and then study.

The choices in my life are SO hard *rolls eyes* Your suggestion seems the way to go - though I don't know if I can make myself go make to studying grammar - it's just so tedious!

I'm doing this teaching English as a foreign language on line course thingy, and currently I'm on the grammar section - who knew English had so many stupid, boring 'word classes' or whatever the fuck they call them. I wish I could say I was studying something - somewhat more glamorous but alas.

Well that’s what I figure - if I ever do put this knowledge I'm reluctantly gaining to good use I doubt my students will ever care what a 'determiner' is - I mean I never did... but then again I hated grammar to begin with.

Stupid time zones - they are so out to get me. 7 at night - that means your... 19 hours behind me... I think. Don't count on that though. So anyhow yep! I'm in Australia, and I'm hungry. Interesting no?

Weird yes! Why isn't everyone at the same time? I mean the concepts of when it is night and when it is day and the seasons would all have to be fucked up in one half of the world but it would make MY life a hell of a lot eaiser. Stupid time zones - bow down before me!

You know I haven't even started my icon_crack icon - I just can't decide what to do - also I'm getting caught up in the elite icon community drama, some people you just want to bang they're heads into a wall.
