ALIAS:
1. Can you say Syd/Vaughn? CAN YOU? CAN YOU? It totally is! I love it so much. Their faces are so gorgeous and longing and loving and wonderful and they make me feel the same way about their relationship. Oh, I'm SUCH a shipper. Anyway, love the green colouring of the main icon and the black and the white of the boxes. You're so the queen of boxy icons, you know that?
2. Hee, Marshall is definitely a genius. I like this one quite a lot, especailly the way the box with Marshall stands out the way it does. I don't know how you did that, but it's cool.
3. Sloane-alicious! He's so gorgeous. I LOVE the blood splatters on this one, and the way he's grinning so evilly and how the text backs that up. It's so Sloane! Everything about it.
4. Hey, did you know that Sark's hot? Just checking. 'Cause he is, you know. He very much is. I love the text on this, and the two boxes and ESPECIALLY the colouring in the background. It's lovely.
5. This one's so cute! I like Swillage friendship (NOTHING MORE) and they both look so happy in this icon. I wish Syd could be happy like that all the time. Poor darling.
6.Such pretty colours! I love pretty colours! They make my heart sing. Not as much as a shipper icon, but close enough. I love the lighting and the text (a lot!) on this one too.
7. Oh my gosh, the text is SO COOL. I love the way it's reflected and says reflections! You're an icon genius, did you know that, Twinness? I'm sure you did. I can't get over how cool that is! (Is it Will in the icon, by the by?)
8. SHIPPERIFIC TO THE MAX! TO THE MAX! Hee, every time you make a Syd/Vaughn icon, I'm sure you know what my reaction will be, don't you? Anyway, I LOVE the colours in this one so much. (Not to mention the subject matter, of course).
9. Great cropping of the bigger image! It makes her look like such a master spy (which she totally is, of course). The white band at the bottom makes the white text look really good somehow. I don't know why, but it does.
10. Your most famous icon, seemingly. I love it! I think I've told you that before, tough. Its colours! Its gorgeous, gorgeous colours. You know my thing about colours. I love how they're all pastel-y and light and happy, which is how Syd's life SHOULD HAVE BEEN. (Of course, I'm glad that Danny died because then we got Syd/Vaughn, but you know...) The way it's so far out and you can just see Danny bending down and proposing is SO COOL. The white at the top and bottom is a great contrast to the colours, and the text! It's so... that scene. Danny was pretty cool, 'cause I do like that song a lot. Lovely icon!
MOULIN ROUGE! - THE DUKE:
1. The cropping of this is excellent! It shows his ugly expression and kind of creates this need that he has of looking out of the icon - like he's always after things he can't have (ie Satine). Yeah, that's what I think, anyway. The music up the side is a lovely touch.
2. Yes, I quite think I would be enchanted by Satine, too. She's so very beautitul. I love how the text is cut off, and I love the little boxed in Satine that The Duke is watching. It shows how she's trapped in her cage and she just wants to fly away!
3. Yeah, lust is right! And that stupid Duke claimed that "once the sitar player has satisfied his lust, he will leave the courtesan with nothing" as opposed to him? IDIOT!
4. Hehehe, this one is funny. Makes him look like even more of an idiot than usual (if possible). I adore the colouring of the background image, so fiery and red and angry (just like that damn Duke). Hmm, are you getting the opinion that I don't really like him all that much? I wonder why.
5. This has such perfect cropping and composition! oh my, it almost makes me feel sorry for him, he looks so broken. Not quite, though! The cut off text really makes it even better. Lovely!

I was such in a boxy mode when I made these and in a SydVaughn mood too - plus they have that scene! and its so sexy! and SydVaughny!
speaking of SydVaugh they are the ulimate couple! I mean I love Danny/Syd and I ship Sark/Syd but they are the fairytale couple and when ever I make Syd/Vaughn icons I think of you.
I don't particularly like the duke either but I made them because someone asked for them so yeah - I would rather make sexy Ewan ones.
Twinness you are making me giggle and bounce up and down and one day I will buy you so much chocolate in thanks that you can swim in it!

1. The way Faith's just creeping into the frame so makes the whole "almost out of time" thing work. Like, she almost didn't even make it into the frame in time! It all looks very frantic. Which is what you were aiming for, so well done!
2. Oh this is so cool! The yellow is such a happy colour that it makes the whole icon happy, and what Buffy deserved most was to be happy! Happiness for Buffy! I love all the boxes, especially the one of the crater that was Sunnydale, 'cause it really says a lot. This is one of my favourites, this icon.
3. Gorgeous! I'm so glad that Buffy really does get a "beggining" because, in a sense, her life really was just starting after 'Chosen'. She had her whole life ahead of her! I think the shot of the bus and the long road really illustrates this. Again, great work with the boxes.
4. Go Buffy! She's so the coolest (apart from Anya, of course, but who could possibly equal the impossible standards set by Anya?). This really shows her determination, and the weird colouring of the second picture is pretty cool.
5. Also, go Faith! I like her a lot. I love the cropping of this and the way you just get her expression. The white blood splatters and the word "fighting" just confirm the image of her as a warrior.
6. Hmm, I'm not a big fan of the potentials, but I like the way they look here. Like they really care about what they're fighting for, and I think that's cool, after all that the Scoobies did for them. I like the text and the box that shows the destruction of Sunnydale.
7. SO COOL! I LOVE IT! I love the grainy texture and the two Buffies and the lighting and the colouring and EVERYTHING. She's SO a superhero in this icon!
8. Buffy looks so nice in this one. It's her hair, I think. I can't quite read what it says, though. Tell me! That's an order.
9. This one is my favourite! I think. Maybe not. Anyway, I LOVE IT SO MUCH! I love the way you can't really read "love" (because it's questionable, isn't it? Spike thinks so, anyway). The little boxes near love make it super cool. The background picture? So wonderful. The cropping and the colouring and all of that. I'm stealing this icon, okay?
10. Again, can't quite read what it says, but you can tell me, right? I love the bloody colours and the splatters, because they really suit this scene. Faith's expression is so telling of seeing Buffy lying there "dying". Great icon, once again!
11. ANYA IS A HERO! SHE ALWAYS HAS BEEN AND ALWAYS WILL BE! DON'T LET ANYONE EVER CONVINCE YOU OF ANYTHING DIFFERENT BECAUSE THAT'S THE WAY IT IS. OKAY??? Yes, I think I've made my point. This one is so sad! Obviously. Xander and Andrew look so pained, and the picture of Anya... heartbreaking. Obviously. The text is lovely and the boxes are very cool. Obviously.
12. Beautiful colours! I love the shot of Dawn and Buffy, too. "Sisters" and "survivors". For some reason, that's just really cool. It has a lovely ring to it, you know.
13. Oh... this is another of my favourites. The text is perfectly placed and worded, and the fact that it's covered by splatters of blood is just so perfect. IN a creepy way, of course. Poor Xander! I love him.
14. I love the cropping of this one! Giles is lovely. What does it say, though? The white sky seems to make it really scary adn sort of empty. Poor Giles. It's like he's scared!
15. Okay, I changed my mind. THIS is my favourite one! It makes me feel so sad that Xander was never properly recognised for all the things he did (THE ZEPPO, ANYONE?) and the way he's just leaning on the door there is so... like, he knows what's going on and he's all cool with it and he wants us to know that, and he wants to help Dawn. It's what he does. He helps people. He's the heart! Everything about this icon is lovely.
So, Twinness, it appears I am a fangirl of your icons. Do you mind? Please make more! Even though many of them do make me sad. Hmm... I think that's a thing. You're always making painful icons (well, not always. But even some of the "happy" ones you make are more bittersweet than anything else) and I'm more of "hey, let's make some happy, cheery icons!". Just something I noticed.

nakedmore. I try to do happy icons, I do, I do ( I do believe in fairies I do I do) but they hardly ever turn out happy. i think I need a happy chip put in. Hey next icon set I make I promise taht I will make 4 happy icons - there will be smiling and bright colours and hearts and some Syd/Vaughn action.hee! your comments are so detailed and insightful! you see thinsg in them taht I don't realise and you make them all meaningful and stuff, thats so super cool.

#10 saids (i think) 'passing the torch' I was trying for the whole next slayer thingy but I wasn't sure if it fit so taht why you can't read the writing.
I was rewatching 'chosen' and I was like ANYA! she is so cool in that episode and then she dies and she is a hero! she was saving the world and if not for her they might have failed! she was the hero! not spike! anya!
#14 saids something like 'the world feels like its ending' and I can't remember the little wording saids but I just loved the screencap, he's so Giles and so scared that one of this charges had died and he wanted to save them all and he is just so scared that he will lose them all. I love Giles.
#15 I love that scene - when rewatching that scene I realised many people had Dawns charcter so wrong - she isn't jealous or anything, she grown up and living in a world where nothing is as it seems - I had this whole rant about it but I can't remember it and thats annoying but yes! no one writes Dawn to my satifaction and now I kinda like Dawn. And Xander! don't get me started on Xander - I was reading this fic that had Xander leaving after Chosen and saying 'If I have anything to do with the supernatual it will be too soon' and turning his back on Buffy - I just had to stop reading because its just not Xander! and its that scene in potential that shows us Xander's charcter and its one my favourite Buffy scenes ever!
