Steve Irwin has died. Most unexpected news of the day, I mean who is going to represent Australia as the sterotypical Australian icon now?!!? Okay, no sarcastic mocking - This is very, horribly sad, but at least he died doing something he loved. And even though he was over the top and irritating to me personally he was so proad of being Australian and loved this country, and its enviroment, so much. Its so unexpected, I mean he is the kind of guy you think will beat all the odds and live forever - even though he plays with dangerous animals on a regular basis.  So while I personally never thought much of him,it still makes me sad and my thoughts go out to his family.
